Plus size clothing, designed for you: our fit guide
When we first started developing PLUS in 2015, we conducted extensive market research, working with a plus-size model on initial fittings and consultations, then having the prototypes tested by two additional plus size fit models to ensure that they were comfortable and the right size. All items in the PLUS range are graded specifically for the plus size figure and are fit on larger bodies before launching to the public.
All of the garment measurements represent the measurements of the actual clothing. Scroll to the bottom of the page to see our sizing chart, which includes body measurements.
Our Classic Shirt is the perfect oversized button down, designed to be a nightshirt, a shirt dress, a beach coverup or to be worn with jeans.
- Extra Large: Chest is 25" (circumference 50"), hip is 28.5" (circumference 57"), front length is 35.25", sleeve length is 25.5"
- XX Large: Chest is 26" (circumference 52"), hip is 29.5" (circumference 59"), front length is 35.75", sleeve length is 25.5"

The same great oversized silhouette in the body and sleeves as our best-selling Sleep Shirts, but we've added a full length, gathered skirt and pockets for a new longer Sleep Dress that you'll reach for again and again.
- Plus size: chest width is 26" (circumference 52"), high hip width is 32.5" (65" circumference), sleeve length is 23", bicep measurement is 9.5" (circumference 19"), and length at center back is 50.25"
- X Plus size: chest width is 32" (circumference 64"), high hip width is 34" (68" circumference), sleeve length is 23", bicep measurement is 10" (circumference 20"), and length at center back is 51.75"

A modern version of the classic knee-length nightshirt, the Long Sleep Shirt is one of our best selling shapes. This one is long enough that you won't feel uncomfortable wearing it in front of house guests or in-laws.

When we designed this nightie seven years ago, we immediately know it was going to be a winner. Fast forward to today, and the Sleeveless Nightie is still one of our best sellers. It's easy to wear, comfortable, and feminine but not overly girly.
- Plus size: Chest width is 25" (circumference 50") with adjustable drawstring at back and neckline, strap width is 2", length at centre front is 33", length at centre back is 39", and width at hem is 40.5".
- X Plus size: Chest width is 30.25" (circumference 60.5") with adjustable drawstring at back and neckline, strap width is 2", length at centre front is 33", length at centre back is 39", and width at hem is 44".

This is our famous nightshirt – the one customers have been buying ever since The Sleep Shirt was founded in 2012. You'll find fans of the Short Sleep Shirt wearing it to bed, when they're lounging around the house, as a day shirt, or even on the beach.
