Pre Fall 2020: Cotton Linen Day Dresses and Warm Weather Sleepwear
Designer sleepwear for summer
We are delighted to launch Pre Fall 2020, a collection of lightweight sleepwear, loungewear, and beachwear for the summer months ahead. This season we're featuring lightweight linens and crisp cotton poplins in soft hues of white, pink, blue, and green inspired by the coast of Italy.
This season has a focus on versatility, featuring a nightie that doubles as a summer dress, a button down top that pairs just as well with pyjama pants as it does jeans, and a chic kaftan that can be worn at home or to the market.
Our newest nightie is a feminine knee-length dress with a subtle ruffle hem detail and shoulder tie straps. The Tie Strap Dress was designed with a loose empire waist for a comfortable and flattering fit. The tie strap addition allows the nightie to be adjusted accordingly for larger or more petite frames, and can be slipped in and out of when changing at home or on the beach. We have our eye on this piece as a perfect lightweight linen dress for upcoming vacations or staycations.
Your pyjama capsule wardrobe
The Cuffed Sleep Shirt is a button-down short sleeve top with a stand-up collar and a single front chest pocket – a chic design that stands out from your traditional pyjama shirt. Available to purchase as a separate to wear as a top, the Cuffed Sleeve Shirt also sells as a pyjama set with our classic Lounge Pants.
This season our design team decided to bring back a few much-loved favourites from past seasons. The Oversized Kaftan and Two Pocket Sleep Shirt had overwhelmingly positive feedback from customers and have been re-introduced in new fabrics. The kaftan is a roomy, oversized flowing shape that evokes the ultimate feeling of dreamy relaxation. The Two Pocket Sleep Shirt was first developed when our customers asked for more button-down nightshirts and more pockets, making it a great shape for sleeping, lounging and poolside.
We have introduced two bold striped cottons for Pre Fall 2020. The Fluro Pink Stripe is a mix of neon pink and navy blue stripes on a lightweight white shirting. The Green Stripe Twill is a soft cotton with a minty green and eggshell vertical stripe pattern, that feels delectably smooth.
Periwinkle blue is featured heavily in the collection, as a gingham and as a solid. The Periwinkle Gingham cotton is a light and refreshing pattern that will be offered in the best selling Short and Long Sleep Shirts and ruffle pyjama set. Classic blue sleepwear is a must so we've also added the Periwinkle Twill, a classic cotton twill with a silky hand.
Like all Sleep Shirt collections, the range offers a selection of solid cottons and linens, include the Capri Blue Linen, Pink Seersucker and Washed White Poplin. The Capri Blue Linen is a midweight linen cotton blend that is opaque but light enough for tropical temperatures. Our seersucker of the season is a solid light pink and is available in several of the new and classic shapes. Lastly, the Washed White Poplin is a beautiful crinkled cotton in a pure white shade, perfect as a classic white oversized shirt.
